The cause of backpain

Is your back pain caused by muscles? No, the muscles react to the pain.
Low back pain is often caused by pressure on nerves in the SI joint.
This occures when the SI joints are misaligned or locked.
It is usually overlooked by doctors, so you still have pain.
Exersize, medication, injections and even surgical fusion
are treatments that do not treat the cause of the problem. The cause is usually nerve irritation and compression due to a pelvic misalignment.
WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF NERVE IRRITATION IN THE SI JOINT

SI joint can be a significant cause of lower back pain
— Neurological Surgical Associates

The multifidus is a crucial deep spinal stabilizer that acts as an "anchor" during bending. By attaching directly between vertebrae, it contracts to brace the spine, prevent excessive intervertebral compression, and protect the discs as you bend, twist, or lift.

When the SI joint or spine is injured or misaligned the pain receptors in the joint and ligaments inhibit the multifidus muscle. This leads to delayed muscle activation, localized muscle atrophy, and fatty infiltration. (Source:National Institutes of Health)

What causes low back pain

Bending too long
Bending and gardening for hours can cause low back or SI pain.
It is usually the combination of bending and twisting that irritates the joints of the spine and the pelvis.
Pregnancy
The pelvic ligaments become lax causing less stability in the pelvic joints.
This can lead to a misalignment of the SI-joints.
Falling down stairs or or bike
Any form of trauma can cause a misalignment of the SI joints
During walking, the SI joint locks on one side when weight is transferred from one leg to the other (stance phase) to provide a stable base for the spine.
Physical activities such as lifting the wrong way
Standing increases the pressure in the nerves more than walking.
When the Joint "Locks" (misaligns) while the self-locking mechanism is meant for stability, the joint can become fixated or "locked" in a bad way.
This causes pressure on nerves. Lifting incorrectly can cause misalignment of the SI joint.
How can the neurospacer help your SI pain?

Sandra Brown
I always have backpain during running.
At first I had stifness in my back and two
days laetr it was much better.

Denise van der Veer
Two minutes a day was enough. The pain is not sharp anymore, just a dull pain after cleaning the house.

Jacques Le Jeune
The pelvic belt felt very comfortable.
I used both neurospacers and they provided me with relief the day after
Who invented the
neurospacer?
Dr. Boelhouwer DC
Dr. Boelhouwer has been treating patients with back pain for more than 33 years. He has studied Medical Technology and Chiropractic in The USA. After treating thousands of patients with low backpain he discovered that the cause of back pain was mostly and primarily located in the Si joints, affecting the low back joints and nerves.
You can only achieve great results if you treat the true cause of the problem, not the symptoms".
"When you understand the relationship between the nervous system and the spine, then everyone can be
treated succesfully.".

The inventor
E-book SI JOINT
by Eric Boelhouwer
The sacroiliac (SI) joints utilize a specialized, innate "self-locking" mechanism designed to provide stability to the pelvis and spine, particularly during weight-bearing activities. This stability is achieved through a combination of structural bone shape (form closure) and active muscle/ligament tension (force closure), allowing for minimal movement—often only 2–4 millimeters—to facilitate efficient load transfer. Stretching therefore only provides temporory relief. Medical doctors do not treat pelvic misalignments, so how can the SI joints be properly treated?
