Frequently asked questions
Apply the neurospacer daily. 1-2 times a day for two minutes. Immediately after the self-treatment apply the pelvic belt which is included. Use the pelvic belt while walking or standing.
How long does it take to get relief
Depending on the duration of your pain you can experience relief immediately or within 3 days.
To allow your SI joints to heal we advise not to perform any exercizes. Walking for less than 45 minutes and lying down is appropriate.
Does it cure
a herniated disc?
The Neurospacer does not cure a herniated disc. If a MRI has been performed for diagnosis and the buldging is not large enough for an operation than you can try the treatment because a part of your pain can also be related to the SI joints, causing radiation into your (upper) leg.
However, pain reduction can be limited if you have numbness in your foot or muscle weakness.
Does it work
on kids too?
Yes, children can develop pelvis misalignments when falling or during contact sports.
The neurospacer can be applied to children starting from 5-6 years old.
How long should I use it?
Apply the treatment the first day once. If the pain does not change then apply twice a day.
The treatment duration is 2 minutes
Feeling some discomfort during the treatment is normal and actually a good sign.
