Exeptions
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 5 days of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of Serola Biomechanics.

To report defective products, contact Serola Biomechanics at customerservice@serola.net. At that time, a return authorization (RA) number will be assigned, and a return label will be sent via email for the defective product.

Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 5 days for a possible refund or exchange.

In instances where an exchange for a different size of the same current product of equal value is needed, please contact Serola Biomechanics customerservice@serola.net to receive a return authorization (RA) number. Exchanges sent without a return authorization number will not be accepted. The product must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and original packaging to qualify for an exchange and is subject to inspection by Serola Biomechanics upon receipt. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs relating to the exchange.
